Our $200-$280/hr blended rate sits between two clusters of the market. Offshore generalist AI shops typically charge $100-$150/hr with junior delivery teams; US boutique AI consultancies charge $300-$450/hr with similar capability to ours.
Our team is senior throughout, distributed across San Francisco, London, and our engineering bench (Ukraine + worldwide). The blended rate reflects that geographic mix, not a junior tier. Discovery Sprints are fixed-price specifically so you don't pay for our learning curve on whether your project is feasible.
The Ethora license tier is optional. We resell our own product at list +15%, because we want our customers to feel that the product and the services tier each stand alone. Every Ethora customer can take the platform elsewhere or self-operate it without us; many do.
